Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before making any reservations or orders. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Information
1.1 Little Rascals Party and Play is a small business dedicated to providing exceptional party and play experiences for children. Our services include event rentals, decor set up and custom made cupcakes.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and any contracts or agreements formed between Little Rascals Party and Play and our clients.
1.3 We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes. Continued use of our services after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Event Rentals
2.1 Booking Process:
- To book our party and play centre for an event, you must complete the online booking form and submit the required deposit.
- Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired date and time.
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Little Rascals Party and Play.
2.2 Deposit and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 14 days before the original event date.
2.4 Supervision:
- Adult supervision is required for all children at all times.
- Little Rascals Party and Play staff are not responsible for managing the play equipment and party activities or direct supervision of children.
2.5 Damages:
- Any damage caused to the property or equipment by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party and may incur additional fees.
3. Cupcake Orders
3.1 Ordering Process:
- Cupcake orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability.
- Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
- A minimum order of 6 cupcakes is required.
- Prices and flavour options are subject to change. Please refer to our website for the latest information.
3.2 Payment:
- Full payment for cupcake orders is required at the time of booking.
- Orders can be paid for via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
